I purchased one credit for one dollar and it didn't even show up as paid. I will be reversing that through my CC provider and contacting that payment service and reporting fraud.

I am meanwhile (almost) convinced that powerpresent.ai - and this is the company I am rating here, is out of business. The only thing which still works is that you can send them money (for nothing?).
